Toby Flinn, PE, PMP
rChief Executive Officer & Principal
Toby has held leadership positions in the US Marine Corps, US Army and with three top 100 ENR ranked engineering and construction firms. His military experience includes leading complex missions in high threat and direct combat environments. Toby has 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, construction, diplomacy, military planning, and program management in support of private industry, Department of Defense, Department of State, Foreign Ministries of Government, and Religious Organizations in the United States and abroad. Toby has managed projects and expeditions exceeding $100M in Europe, the Middle East, Western Asia, Eastern Asia, and the Americas.

He has been a key note speaker in London, UK on global engineering, and is an award-winning, published author.

Toby is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas who holds a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, a MS in Civil Engineering from MS&T, and a MA in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma. He enjoys speaking Farsi, restoring habitat, and maintaining callused hands.
